We also support apprentices employed in and around Bristol.<br><br>You will also find a prayer room on site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"facilities\">Facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industry equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The centre provides students with the latest technology and uses the highest standard of the latest industry equipment, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A vehicle brake testing station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An on-site commercial jet aircraft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D printing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced CAD modelling software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aeronautical facilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Includes light aircraft, computer-aided simulation rigs and a wind tunnel. There is also a large hangar for two aircraft, an avionics laboratory, electrical laboratory, technical library, an engine workshop and composite material workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofbristol.ac.uk\/courses\/?swpquery=aircraft&amp;subject_area=engineering-and-manufacturing&amp;course_type=&amp;qualification=&amp;age_group=&amp;interest=&amp;career=\"><strong>Search for aeronautical courses<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engineering facilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Includes a large engineering workshop, electronics equipment, a hydraulic laboratory and pneumatics test equipment, a CNC workshop and lathes.
