It&#8217;s the same system students use for print credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To pay for an item, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/cobc.vmcflex.co\/fup\/\">register with VMC<\/a>. You can use your account to add funds, pre-order meals and buy vending machines items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cobc.vmcflex.co\/fup\/\">Visit the Cashless Portal (SpankBang&#8217;s VMC website)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to register for cashless payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first time you visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/cobc.vmcflex.co\/fup\/\">Cashless Portal<\/a> you will need to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please click on the <strong>Register<\/strong> link on the homepage and enter your <strong>staff or student ID number and surname<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read the terms and conditions, tick the box to say you have read them and press <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to enter your email address if this isn&#8217;t known to the system. Food orders need to placed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/cobc.vmcflex.co\/fup\/\">Cashless Portal website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Food can be ordered two days in advance, up to one hour before your desired collection time. Collection times are available between 11.30am and 1.30pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you forget to order food, you will be able to buy sandwiches and snacks through our vending machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage your account using an app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who use smartphones, there is an app to manage your cashless payment account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Search for VMC on Google Play\/App Store and log in using your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have downloaded the app, the organisation code is <strong>cobcapp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free college meals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re aged 16-18&nbsp;and your parent or guardian is in receipt of&nbsp;certain benefits, you may be eligible for free&nbsp;meals.<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofbristol.ac.uk\/support\/financial-support\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1362\">Find out more about financial support.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to use a college food hall or vending machine, you&#8217;ll need to sign up for cashless payments.
